We respect your privacy. This is exactly what we keep and why:

• When you order: we keep your name, number, wilayat, address and order notes only to prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• If you choose delivery from the shop and allow location access: we keep the location with the order to calculate the fee and guide the driver. We never collect your location at any other time.
• Trade accounts: we keep your name, number, organisation and wilayat. Proof of status is sent on WhatsApp for verification only and is not stored on the site.
• "Notify me": we keep your number to message you when the product is back.

We never sell your data. We share only your name, number and address with the courier (Jenakum or Noul), and only when you choose delivery through them.

Visitor statistics: we count visits and pages without cookies and without storing your IP address or anything that identifies you.

Advertising tools: we may use ad measurement tools from Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google, and these tools may use cookies under their own policies.

Your browser keeps your cart, favourites and details from your last order so you do not have to type them again. You can clear them in your browser settings.
