Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. This is how exchanges and returns work:

• You can exchange or return a product within 7 days of receiving it, if it is in its original condition, unopened and unused, with the order number or receipt.
• If you changed your mind and the product is fine: we exchange it for another product or give you store credit. In this case, delivery fees are on you.
• If you received a faulty or wrong product: message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo, and we will exchange it or refund the full amount, and we cover delivery.
• Exchanges and returns are done at our shop at the Al Aqr roundabout in Shinas. If you are far away, message us and we will arrange shipping with you.

Not exchangeable or returnable (unless faulty):

• Opened or used products.
• Printing, copying and custom orders.
• Offer and clearance products.

Delivery fees are refunded only if the mistake was ours. Refunds are paid in cash at the shop or by bank transfer.
